Robert is right. Most salons drop the ball wen it comes to service. As an educator I have traveled around the country and when ever I get a chance I will visit a saoln. It amazes me the way salon professionals treat the client. Get them in the chair and get them out asap, nthe whole while talking about nothing but what happened lasrt night or what Susie did or… The businesses that make it arre the ones that allow the client to have a salon experience that is cwentered around their pleasures not the stylist.

That is true. Every salon I have worked in,it was aways about the stylist ,not the customer, however, when you are being pushed by owners to make more money in a short period of time it is not easy to give the customer service you want to give with a nagging boss.
